For 4 Wednesdays in July, Leslie will get you
in touch with your core.
Learn detailed instructions on how to engage
your transversus abdominis
to protect & stabilize the low back. Learn
how to flatten, tone, and
strengthen your abdominals during your curl
ups, bike rides, and
gardening workouts. After these 4 classes you
will be ready to join a
group mat class. Cost is $15 per class or $55
for all four. Allow 1 1/2 hours
per class.
CORE CHALLENGE -
Nicole whoops up Wednesdays
with a whopping miniball & more core challenge.
Starts at 6:30pm till you cant take it
anymore!
Awareness Through
Movement® with Connie Lloyd
Wednesdays 5:20PM to
6:20 PM - 3 CLASSES REMAINING - A.T.M
is an
exploration of movement that increases awareness
of asymmetries,
tension, and habitual muscle holding patterns
in the body, all of which
interfere with fluidity and ease of movement.
Connie guides students
verbally through a series of movements. The
goal of each class is to
promote relaxation, full breathing, & a
sense of simpler, freer movement.
July 6 - The Pelvis
& Spine: are yours interrelated, or distant
cousins?
July 13 - The Pelvis our power center
do you know how to use yours?
July 20 - Walking its so much more
than moving from point A to B.
Cost: $15.00 per class, $55.00 for all
